King penguins have a variety of unusual colours. In addition to dark grey, they also appear leucistic, melanistic, xanthic, and a brown mutation.

Dwarf Caiman

Cuvier’s dwarf caiman is a small crocodilian species found in the rivers and swamps of northern and central South America.

Caimans aren’t crocodiles or alligators, even though they’re all part of the Crocodilia order. Caimans are a separate group with their own unique features.

These adorable crocodiles come in only two colours. They have their original grey-brown scales and a rare albino colour morph.

Grey seals inhabit coastal regions across the North Atlantic Ocean, from the mid-Atlantic to the Baltic Sea.

Grey seals have five different colourmorphs, including light grey and various shades of brown.

Giant Otter

Giant otters make their homes in the freshwater systems of South America, especially in the Amazon, Orinoco, and La Plata river basins.

Giant otters are the largest otter species in the world, reaching up to 1.8 meters in length. That makes them about twice the size of the smallest otter species.

This carnivorous mammal has a single colour pattern that consists of dark brown and white fur.
