All Planet Zoo North America Colourmorphs (Complete Guide)
The Planet Zoo: North America Animal Pack brings eight new animals to your zoo, each one native to North America.
You’ll find seven new habitat animals in this pack, from playful North American beavers and majestic moose to California sea lions, cougars, American alligators, arctic foxes, and the adorable black-tailed prairie dog.
This pack adds even more variety to your zoo, with the black-tailed prairie dog being the tiniest animal in Planet Zoo, and the arctic fox, which can handle the coldest temperatures of any animal in the game.
The exhibit animal in this game is the American bullfrog, which also has its own albino colour morph!
Even though there are just eight new animals, you’ll find a surprising thirty-four different colourmorphs to collect! Most of these come from the many unique sea lion colours.
Here’s a full list of all the animals and their colours you can find in the North America pack!

Today, American alligators can be found throughout the southeastern United States, where they make their homes in freshwater such as lakes, swamps, bayous, and marshes.

Black-tailed prairie dogs are found in grasslands on the Great Plains east of the Rocky Mountains.
They live together in underground colonies called towns. The biggest prairie dog town ever recorded stretched across 25,000 square miles and may have been home to as many as four hundred million prairie dogs!
In Planet Zoo, prairie dogs can appear in three different shades of brown, though the differences are quite subtle. And if you’re lucky, you can breed a rare leucistic prairie dog!

Arctic Fox
Arctic foxes live in the treeless tundra across the Arctic regions of Alaska and the alpine tundra of Canada.
Despite being known for their thick white fur, Arctic foxes actually change their fur colour with the seasons!
In winter, Arctic foxes grow a thick, fluffy white coat that keeps them warm and helps them blend in with the snow. When summer comes, they shed their white fur for a shorter, thinner coat that can be dark grey, light grey, charcoal brown, or even bluish brown.
In Planet Zoo, Arctic foxes appear in their classic white fur (all year round), but you can also breed a rare blue morph with dark fur!
In real life, blue morph Arctic foxes keep their unique colour all year round.
Total colour morphs: 2

Colours are listed as:
- White fluffy fur coat
- Blue morph: Brown fluffy fur coat
American Bullfrog
Bullfrogs are the largest frogs you’ll find in the US!
While exhibit animals aren’t given specific colours, the American bullfrog does have a rare colour variant!
American Bullfrogs are a mix of green and brown, but they can also give birth to a pale albino bullfrog.
